The Vision

Miriam Adomea was born in Vanuatu. She now lives in New Zealand, but shares a strong bond with her local village and people

Miriam has a dream for her home of Ambae Island...

God gave Miriam an idea…a dream… a vision of the village where she grew up on the small island of Ambae, in Vanuatu, and that it could have a school.This school could educate children from the 11 surrounding villages. Children who are not able to walk one hour to and from the closest government school.

The dream was that this school would not only educate these children, but bring unity and encouragement to the whole community, and the coming generations!

Miriam is excited to se e her dream become reality…the local people are ready for the next step…
